The Villas are three brand new properties we feature together. Located in the area of Fanari, the three villas share a wonderful infinity pool and all provide stunning views over the western part of Mykonos, the Aegean Sea and picturesque sunsets. The upper house has the highest position of the three and can accommodate six guests. the ground floor features a spacious living room, directly connected to the indoor dining area and a gracious open-plan kitchen. A unique feature of the living room is the queen size bed in the "lounge corner", great for an after meal siesta. The outdoor, furnished terrace can be accessed from this room through French doors. Two guest bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom can be found on this floor as well. The first floor is entirely dedicated to the master bedroom that also has en-suite bathroom and its own separated living area with access to outdoor terrace. A small kitchenette is included as well, eventually providing total independence to the master bedroom's guests. The interiors are cleverly furnished with a modern, minimal taste yet touches of antiques that provide a tasteful combination. All bathrooms are en-suite. A staircase leads to the first floor where a cozy living room, a charming dining area and smart kitchen can be found. Lower house is the third villa and has a layout directly inverse of the neighboring. The ground floor includes the living and dining area, while all bedrooms are on the first floor. Living room, dining area and kitchen are all in the same spacious room which also grants access to a small furnished outdoor living area. The "lounge corner" found in th upper house is present in the lower one as well, with the same concept of a double bed placed in a smart position in the living room. The master bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms are on the side of the villa facing the pool while The third bedroom is on the opposite side and, thanks to its position and a kitchenette with a small dining area, it gives independence to its guests. The Villas are a great blend of typical Greek architecture with modern and smart furnishing.
